Accessing Support

Step 1 – You can contact our support staff by clicking on the ‘Support’ tab from the My Profile section of the website.  You will then be on a page similar to the one below.  To create a support ticket for the issue you are having click on the Post new support ticket button.

Step 2 – Complete the details on the form. Ensure you put enough information in the comments section to clearly identify the issue you are having. Click SUBMIT TICKET button. You will be contacted by support staff to remedy your issue. You can view your ticket at any time on the support page by clicking on the Support tab and clicking on the link for the ticket.  

 

Before accessing support

We recommend you try the course on an alternate device/computer if possible to ensure the issue you are having is not related to your individual computer/device settings.
